Terms of Service

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

1. Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment confirmation. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

2. GST

GST is applicable at 5% on tariff up to ₹7,500/night and 18% on tariff above ₹7,500/night, as per Indian GST regulations. GSTIN: 30AADCG1234M1ZX.

3. Check-In/Out

Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability. Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, PAN) mandatory at check-in for all guests.

4. Conduct

Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other guests. The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest displaying disruptive behaviour to leave without refund.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Devprayag. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Panaji, Devprayag.
