Standard Cancellation Policy

Package Bookings
Special packages (Honeymoon, Wellness Retreat, Festival packages) require 72 hours' notice for cancellation. Non-refundable packages are clearly marked at time of booking.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI and Net Banking refunds may take 2–3 additional business days. GST refunds will be processed as per applicable GST regulations.
Modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may attract a modification fee of ₹500. Rate differences for upgraded periods will be charged.
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, government-declared restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will reschedule your booking at no charge or issue a full credit voucher valid for 12 months.
