Your data is used to process reservations, send booking confirmations, issue GST invoices, personalise your stay, and send promotional communications (only with your consent).

We do not sell your data. We may share data with payment processors (Razorpay), delivery partners, and government authorities as required by Indian law (including GSTN portal).

All data is stored securely on Indian servers. Payment data is processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Razorpay. We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all web transactions.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to privacy@radheshyam.in. We will respond within 30 days as per the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
